Málaga city has become one of the fastest-moving property markets in Spain over the past five years, driven by a cultural renaissance (the Pompidou Centre, Centre Pompidou-adjacent gallery district, a growing tech and remote-work scene) alongside its long-standing appeal as a working port city with excellent beaches on its doorstep.
